Stay Informed!

In the wake of summer flooding in certain areas of Illinois, Chicago officials
are warning property owners to be aware of potential scams presented by
so-called restoration companies. This is something we all need to be aware of
when searching for the right home and property care company.

Here are a few things to keep in mind (and remind your family, friends and coworkers) when looking for a restoration company in times of emergency.

1. Only take an appointment from a restoration company you have
scheduled to meet.
2. Always demand a clear, written cost estimate for any work
that is to be done.
3. Don't get pressured into signing with a company that insists on
doing the work immediately.
4. Contact authorities as soon as possible if you feel suspicious about
anyone offering repairs to your property.

Whenever possible, make sure you are in good hands when it comes to
emergency restoration and let RestoreCore take care of you!
