We want to make you aware that we've received reports of malicious emails being sent from Maria Sadler and Kyle Kallos's email account yesterday and today. The subject of this email reads as follows: "Kyle Kallos shared RestoreCore file with you" or "Maria Sadler shared RestoreCore file with you". This message was the result of a targeted phishing
attempt.
Our IT vendor notified us that you may have received this unexpected or suspicious message. If you did receive this message, please do not click any links, download attachments, or respond to the email.
If you interacted with the email in any way, we strongly recommend that you:
- Change your email password immediately.
- Check Outlook
for rules that you may not have created, ie forwarding rules, within your Outlook.
- Contact your IT team for further support.
RestoreCore has taken appropriate steps to secure the compromised accounts and are working closely with our cybersecurity team to ensure the situation is fully resolved.
